In which condition are items in the shop?
Be aware that all items are over 20 years old and have traces of use, they are, after all, no new items. We do our utmost best with photos and descriptions of the items to give the best possible condition of the item. If in doubt about the condition of an item, please contact us for additional information before your purchase.
Our goal is ultimately to ensure that every purchase is satisfactory!
If I purchase multiple items can they be combined for shipping?
Yes, please contact me for shipping rates if purchasing multiple items. Calculated shipping on Etsy does not always take into account that many times items can be shipped together in one box. In almost all situations, I will be able to ship for less if you purchase more than one item. Ofcourse overpaid shipping will be refunded immediately after your purchase!
Alleen verzenden met Postnl mogelijk?
Wij geven zelf de voorkeur aan verzenden met Postnl voor onze pakketjes. Indien je graag wilt dat je bestelling via een andere verzender zoals Kiala of DHL verloopt stuur ons dan een berichtje bij je bestelling.
Indien je je bestelling wilt ophalen dan kan dit ook in Helmond. Neem na je bestelling contact met ons op voor het inplannen van de ophaal afspraak. Natuurlijk krijg je de kosten voor verzenden retour op het moment dat je het product hebt opgehaald.
Is my package insured for damage or loss during the shipping proces?
We ensure that your order is well protected. For this we use bubble wrap, air cushions, paper padding and a sturdy box. Unfortunately, it can always happen that the package gets damaged during the shipping process. You can therefore also choose to insure the items you purchased with the option 'Insurance (loss and damage)' up to an amount of € 500,- per package. You can choose this option before you place your order. If this option is not chosen, no report can be submitted of damage or loss after which no refund can take place.
My package is lost or damaged, can I get a refund?
Only if you insured your package, 'Insurance (loss and damage)' at check out when you placed your order, we can refund your order amount.
If your package arrives badly damaged please let us know within 5 days of recieving your package. To qualify for a refund you must send us the following information by email to: bodaciousold@gmail.com
* photos of the damaged content,
* photos from all sides of the box and packaging materials
* damage report form of your own psot office, completed and signed by yourself and the employee of your post office.
We then submit a claim for damages or loss to PostNL. If PostNL proceeds to pay a damage amount, only then will you receive a refund from BodaciousOld. BodaciousOld is not liable for damage or loss of your package.
I don't have a credit card or paypal. Can I pay with Ideal or bank transfer?
If you do not have a Credit Card or PayPal, you can also pay for your order via the following link with Ideal.

I have several items in my shopping cart, but the shipping costs are so high. Is that correct?
If you want to order multiple items, it may be that too much shipping costs are charged.
For shipping within the Netherlands, shipping is free for all orders with a minimum order value of €50,00
Overpaid shipping costs will always be refunded to you. Would you like to reserve your articles in advance with the correct amount of shipping costs? Feel free to contact us, we will arrange that for you.
Color and product condition disclaimer
Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos and description are as life-like (color and actual condition) as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Are there shipping delays during COVID-19 Corona?
Yes, unfortunatly we are currently experiencing delays in the delivery time of packages within the Netherlands and Europe. This can take up to 5 working days depending on the destination. The packages are always sent with track and trace so you can follow your package. During this period, consider opting for the additional 'Insurance (loss and damage)' ' shipping option. For packages outside of Europe there are extreme delays that can be up to 50 working days. So please be aware before placing an order that it takes longer for your package to arrive. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
